We are excited to introduce GripoFlow Alpha v1.03, focused on improving workflow reliability, execution accuracy, and platform usability. This release enhances core workflow behavior, strengthens backend execution stability, improves variable handling, introduces centralized sandbox management, and brings smarter task allocation through automation-driven decision-making. Together, these updates provide a more consistent, intuitive, and scalable workflow automation experience.

1. Sandbox Dashboard

A new Sandbox tab has been introduced on the Dashboard, allowing users to manage all sandboxes from a centralized view. Users can now:

• View all sandboxes in one place
• Edit or delete sandboxes directly
• Access detailed sandbox configurations

This improves visibility and simplifies sandbox lifecycle management.

🔧 Enhancements

CodeMirror Smart Variable Autocomplete

The editor now supports dynamic variable suggestions when typing {{, helping users write expressions faster and more accurately using workflow-aware data.

Dynamic Connection Defaults

Connection forms now support default values, reducing repetitive input and improving usability.

Advanced Form Builder Improvements

Dynamic forms now support:

• Nested objects and arrays
• Conditional visibility
• API-driven options

Default value handling for nested data has been improved to prevent overwriting valid edit-mode values.

Tree UI Improvements

The Tree component has been redesigned for:

• Better node readability
• Improved visual hierarchy
• Enhanced edge clarity
• Full theme compatibility

Logs Structure Upgrade

Log events now provide clearer execution insights and improved filtering, enabling better workflow monitoring.

Scheduler Improvements

Scheduling now supports intuitive configuration using day, week, month, and time selection while internally managing Cron logic.

License Stability Update

License-related inconsistencies have been addressed, and settings are now consolidated into a unified configuration branch.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Workflow Execution Consistency

Previously, configured workflow settings (such as retry count) were accepted in the UI but not honored during execution. Execution logic now correctly reflects user-defined configuration values.

IF / ELSE Runtime Behavior

The IF / ELSE activity now properly evaluates runtime input data from previous steps, ensuring workflows follow the correct execution path.

Workflow Editor Fixes

• Adding a core node no longer disconnects edges
• Initial node editing now displays the correct action state
• The Next button no longer becomes unresponsive
• The ”+” add node icon now reappears after deleting the last node
• Custom Variables remain functional after node removal

Variable Handling Fixes

• Email variables now support standard-length addresses
• Text formatting inside IF / ELSE activities no longer appears clipped
• Nested object defaults no longer overwrite valid existing data

Application List Consistency

Duplicate application entries with identical names are now handled to prevent confusion during selection and management.

Backend Flow-Control Stability

Core execution features such as:

• Loop
• IF
• Switch
• Flow-control
• Sandbox execution

have been stabilized to ensure consistent runtime behavior.
